okay so i have a weight problem im 15 almost 16 and i weigh 184. i hate being like this i want to lose atleast 40 pounds but im not sure how i can...ive tried weight watchers and every other thing i can think of but all that i can lose it like 10lbs and it just comes back on. what do i do to get rid of this? i want to feel better about myself and this is what will help. please help meGood diet and exercise for a teenage female?

Focus on making your diet as healthy as possible. Cut out as much sugar as you can, especially sweet drinks. Sugar does nothing good for your body! Eat 3 small, healthy meals each day, of no more than 400-500 calories each. Focus on lean protein, veggies, whole-grains, fruits, low-fat dairy. Drink plenty of water. In addition to your meals, eat 2 small, healthy snacks a day, of about 150 calories each. This is a good time to get in your fruit and yogurt for the day. A small handful of nuts can be a good ';pick me up'; too. Add a 30 minute (minimum) cardio workout to your day (power walking, jogging, biking, swimming, dancing, jumping rope, jumping jacks, climbing stairs, etc.).

Okay well just so you know you are DEFINITELY not alone
I was like you, only I ws 17. (Im 18 now)
but i decided that enough was enough.
My health is alot more important then 10 minutes of eating junk foood and being lazy and watching t.v. instead of exercising my body.
I started keeping a little jounral of my progress. How i felt, wat i ate)
and it actually helped me.You need a POSITIVE attitude.
I weiged myself everyday, even if i dint like it. I set a goal to lose this many pounds a day, and if i didnt make it, I would jut try harder.
Ask yur mom or someone u can trust to help you through this. I asked my mom to help me plan my meals and exercises, and she encuraged me.
I can tell you that i lost 30 pounds in about 4 months. People started noticincing, n it made me feel realllllly good, and worked harder. Im stil dieting (HEALTHY NOT DANGEROUS), and im gonna make it a goal to get to my right weight .

Eat your fruits and veggies, perhaps consider doing some cardio exercises. Go for a run a few times a week. Drink lots of water, if you dont like water.. add some crystal light juice to it. :)
well if its coming back obviously ur doing something wrong, like stopping the diet or not keeping up on excersize. just never give up and keep being determined and EXCERSIZE
