i weight about 125 lbs. and about 5'5 or 5'6. i dont think im over weight but i just want my stomach to be thinner. i dont exercise alot but i walk and stuff so what should i eat,exercise, and differnt ways to burn calories other then runningIm a teenage girl how can i burn calories?

It sounds like you don't want to spend a lot of time in a gym. Get a comfortable bike and ride an hour at a time on it. It's great for your legs and it will burn a lot of calories, plus you get to spend time outdoors instead of in a sweaty gym surrounded by machines. Biking is much, much more fun than running, and it is zero impact.
What should you eat? Eat FOOD. Not McDonalds, Oreos, etc, but real food like chicken, fish, spinach, brown rice, etc. Eat whole wheat products. Do you know how they make white bread? They take regular wheat and process it to REMOVE THE VITAMINS! That's what makes it white.
When you eat natural foods you will find that you eat less because it is more nutritious and filling. The food is more expensive usually, but I find that I eat less of it, so it balances out, and it makes you healthier so it is worth it.
If you want to improve your stomach, then do situps and crunches, but ask someone to teach you to do them right so you don't hurt your back. Spot-reducing (losing fat in one area ) is basically impossible, but you can build the muscle under fat, and make areas look better.
If you are a teenager then you probably live with your family, and your habits are probably based on your parents. Don't be afraid to be different and set a good example in your home when it comes to food and exercise.

eat healthy foods and healthy snacks like fruits ( strawberries, grapes, oranges, apples, avacados)
eat in moderation
( you know your body if you're full...stop)
do exercises that are fun like dancing
dancing is a great source of exercise
maybe you should try to come up with an exercise routine
like 3 days a week at the same time
for example you could do:
30 minutes of running (monday)
30 minutes of pilates (wed)
30 minutes of walking (fri)
Hey, when you go for an exercises, try to wear something warm because warmth and your exercising will increase your sweat. Also, drink milk because it's proven help you lose weight and prevent cancer (not that it matters). Also, try to eat in small portions rather than eat three times a day. You don't want to stuff your stomach, just try to eat snacks. But good snacks! By the way, don't kill your precious teenage time by losing weight, go get a boyfriend and have fun.
you should watch what you eat .. and go running or jogging..
just be active, you still a teenage, stay away from frinch fries, eat only weekend, coke, beer , white sugar. More fruites and good carbs, swim is always interisting. Yoga and pilates will do excellent.
