Any tips for what i can do by August to get really tiny?

Laura B. is right your boobs go first then your arm flabs then your butt(thank god! mine was HUGE) Then finally your stomach and thighs! i just ate 500 calories every day drank ALOT of water and excercise like today might be your last day on Earth and when you get to heaven you want to look good for God! there really is no secret just believe in yourself and you gotta really want it!Question for teenage girls that aren't naturally skinny, but made themselves skinny?
ok well like im not saying im super skinny but i did loose a lot of weight. i ate fruits and vegetables only for a while and execrised a lot. after i would eat a fruit such as a pear, orange, or peach i would jump rope. and my parents would make dinner but i would only eat about half of what i ate before. instead of eating more potatoes have some more string beans. i did crunches, jumping jacks, jumped on the trampoline, and i was involved in cheerleading. it took me about a at least 5 months to do. i started in the winter so i could be thinner by the summer, and a year later im finally happy with my body. and no soda!! try to drink as much water as you can. also changing to skim or 1 percent milk will help.


fighting off cravings was the hardest part. if i wanted cookie i would drink juice or maybe only eat one. if i had a bagel for breakfast, i wouldn't put as Much butter or cream cheese and only eat half of it. most of the time i would eat yogurt for lunch. but don't skip breakfast! if anything eat breakfast at least. and be confident in yourself. say that you can do it and take it one day at a time. don't expect to loose like 10 pounds in a week.


you have to just keep working at it. also if you do end up eating junk food a couple times that's ok! just don't stress over it. stress can lead to weight gain.

well i'm already naturally skinny, but i no this one girl.


she got really skinny by eating less, more healthy and sports.


what i do is this..


to stay skinny try to be active


eat more greens and don't give in to cookies


and try those silly exercises that you see on tv commercials
Biking is a really good way to lose weight because it's low resistance and a lot of repetition. I was biking at least five miles a day 6 and lost a lot of weight. Good luck!
well, you aren't going to get ';really tiny'; by August, unless you wanna go have plastic surgery. But just eat half your meals, it works.
Dont do it.., your boobs go first :S
