depends. if shes likely to flash it then about 16-17 but if shes mature, then maybe 14-15. Im 14 and wear them and i would rather die than flash my underwear around.What age should be a teenage girl be before she's allowed to wear a thong?
I agree that there isn't really a ';thong age.'; They're pretty popular right now, just like any other style. I personally wear them because then I don't have to worry about panty lines in the back of my jeans - and I'm old!! Lol

i don't believe that there is an age limit on panties. parents need to learn to pick their battles a bit more wisely. at least the child wants to wear undergarments.
YaY so this means 5 yr olds can wear thongs too!!! Come on and get real. Thongs shouldn't be worn until the girl is old enough to get a job and pay for them herself.
i was not even a teenager when i started wearing them. i dont think there is really a set age limit. it varies girl to girl
