ask one person to volenteer to be a scarecrow, and cave like a sack over their face and he can sit on a chair near where the people come on and randomly pop up and scare them.. :P
well uh, you can take barbies and 'decorate' them and hang them by their legs from the ceiling, thats sure to scare people :)
have a dance, with Halloween music and stuff, have punch in a bowl or something.
