*Remember Me? by Sophie KinsellaWhat is a good book for a teenage girl?
There are always so many posts on here of people asking what they should read, and it is always difficult to answer, and more so to get it right as everyone has such differing tastes in reading material.

If you're looking for young adult (15-30s) comedy, maybe chic lit is the way to go. I have always enjoyed any book of Marian Keyes that I have picked up. They are also always quite thick, so good value for money. A list of her books can be found here:

One of the best ways of finding books suited to your own tastes, would be to use one of the many ';what should I read next'; websites. You enter in a book that you have read and enjoyed, and the search engine generates a list of other books that are of similar nature, theme, etc.

Alo, I'm not sure if the books you are looking for need to be novels? If not, how about looking at comedians autobiographies? I can recommend Peter Kay's. Plus you have all the usuals Robin Williams, Billy Connelly, Spike Milligan....

Good luck in your search
You can search books on chapters.ca, just go to the tab that says kid's books, it includes brand new teen books, and the most popular teen books today.

Sarah Dessen is a popular chick-lit writer. Check out her books, you will probably like them.
carrie. It's about a teenage girl.. It's great.
Yes, I second the Sarah Dessen suggestion...maybe...The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants series? I really liked those.
